About Pinto Hervia London | British Luxury Menswear Made in England
Pinto Hervia is an independent British luxury clothing brand founded by Oscar Pinto-Hervia OBE. Every garment is designed with a commitment to thoughtful construction, refined proportions and lasting quality, then produced in England in small batches using carefully selected natural fibres.
A Lifetime in British Fashion
Before founding Pinto Hervia, I spent more than three decades building Hervia into one of Britain's leading independent luxury fashion retailers. During that time I worked closely with many of the world's most respected designers, manufacturers and craftspeople, developing an understanding of what distinguishes exceptional garments from those that simply follow fashion.
In 2024, I was honoured to receive an OBE for services to British fashion. The recognition reflected a long-standing commitment to supporting British design, craftsmanship and manufacturing—values that continue to shape every Pinto Hervia collection.
Pinto Hervia is the natural continuation of that journey: applying decades of experience to create garments that prioritise proportion, construction and longevity over seasonal trends.
Designing with Purpose
Every Pinto Hervia garment begins with the same question: does every detail deserve to exist?
Rather than adding unnecessary features, each design is refined until every seam, pocket, proportion and construction detail serves a purpose. The result is clothing that feels understated, functional and quietly distinctive.
The collection is designed to remain relevant well beyond a single season, encouraging a considered wardrobe rather than constant replacement.
The Pinto Hervia Cut
Every woven shirt and jacket follows the signature Pinto Hervia cut.
Developed over years of refinement, it combines a relaxed silhouette with balanced proportions to create garments that move naturally with the body while maintaining a clean, understated profile.
Features such as the square hem, longer back, side splits and signature diamond underarm gusset are not decorative details—they exist to improve comfort, movement and longevity.
By developing every woven garment from the same foundation, the collection maintains a consistent fit and identity across seasons.
Made in England
Every Pinto Hervia garment is made in England in small production runs.
Working closely with skilled British makers allows every stage—from pattern development and fabric selection to construction and finishing—to be carefully controlled. This approach supports traditional craftsmanship while ensuring every garment meets the same exacting standards.
Small-batch production is not simply a manufacturing choice. It reflects a belief that quality should never be compromised for volume.
Materials Chosen to Last
Fabric is one of the most important design decisions.
Organic cotton, linen, silk and wool are selected for their natural character, durability and ability to improve with wear. Rather than following seasonal fabric trends, Pinto Hervia focuses on materials that age beautifully and reward long-term ownership.
A Considered Approach
Pinto Hervia is not driven by rapid product launches or seasonal excess.
New pieces are introduced only when they contribute something meaningful to the collection and meet the same standards of design, construction and craftsmanship that define every existing garment.
The objective has always remained the same: to create modern British clothing with integrity, purpose and longevity.
