Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Pinto Hervia. However, if for any reason you are not, please read our policy below carefully.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@pintohervia.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice.
Once we have been informed and your return has been approved, you will have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the same procedure as above. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, please email us at info@pintohervia.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund where applicable in accordance with UK consumer law
Shipping Costs & Duties
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
• Original shipping fees and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable.
• Any additional taxes, duties, or customs charges incurred during return shipping are also the responsibility of the customer.
