Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase subject to stock availability  (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• United Kingdom – Free Standard Shipping (Royal Mail / Courier). Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days.

• Europe – Flat rate £15. Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days.

• Rest of World – Flat rate £20. Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs checks outside the UK.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these costs and cannot advise what they may be.

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@pintohervia.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
