Processing & Dispatch
Orders for garments marked Add to Cart are normally dispatched within two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 12:00pm (UK time) on a Friday will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email together with any available tracking information.

Free Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days
Europe
Flat rate: £15
Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days
Rest of World
Flat rate: £20
Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during busy periods or as a result of customs clearance for international shipments.
Made-to-Order Garments
Some Pinto Hervia garments are available to order rather than held in stock.
Where applicable, the estimated production time will be clearly shown on the product page before purchase. Production times are additional to the shipping estimates shown above.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges once they reach the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, Pinto Hervia has no control over these fees and cannot advise what they may be.
